We are looking to speak with a driven mid-level associate to join our client’s Employment Litigation practice group in Tampa.
With the opening of its first international office, this is an exciting time to join this firm. Our client is constantly evolving to meet the needs of the modern employer. It recognises that there are new variables at play which have changed not merely the workforce, but the way employment cases themselves are litigated.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a nationwide practice and take ownership with litigating and trying cases in many jurisdictions, inside and outside of Tampa.
You will represent employers in employment litigation, business disputes and related administrative matters.
You will be given responsibility and autonomy on all aspects of labour and employment law, including the defence of claims involving workplace discrimination, harassment and wrongful termination.
Salary range: $150,000- $250,000.
