Employment Litigation Associate – Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

We are looking to speak with mid-to-senior-level Employment Litigation Attorneys to join our client’s practice in their Philadelphia, Pennsylvania office.

Federal, state and local employment laws impose legal obligations and their attendant risks on every employer, creating the need for a well-informed management team with access to workplace law resources and effective e-discovery strategies. When it comes to litigation, our client’s primary objectives mirror those of their clients: to quickly and efficiently achieve the best possible result.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of significant experience in all aspects of employment law. You will focus your practice on the representation of employers and management in connection with a wide array of workplace and employment issues at the federal court, state court and administrative agency levels involving all federal and state discrimination laws (including but not limited to: age, race, sex, national origin, disability, and religion), as well as issues concerning restrictive covenants, employment contracts and separation agreements. While not a prerequisite, class action experience is desired.

Annual salary range: $200,000 – $250,000
