We are looking to speak with Employment Litigation Attorneys to join our client’s practice in their New York office.
Federal, state and local employment laws impose legal obligations and their attendant risks on every employer, creating the need for a well-informed management team with access to workplace law resources and effective e-discovery strategies. When it comes to litigation, our client’s primary objectives mirror those of their clients: to quickly and efficiently achieve the best possible result.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of significant experience in all aspects of employment law, including but not limited to pay equity, sexual harassment training, investigations, reductions in force and multi-state compliance for Fortune 500 companies in the retail, manufacturing and pharmaceutical industries. You will represent employers in employment litigation and advise businesses on practices and policies to foster employee engagement and avoid litigation.
Annual salary range: $192,000 – $205,000
