We are looking to speak with mid-level associates to join our client’s Employment Litigation practice group in Louisville.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a nationwide practice and take ownership with litigating and trying cases in many jurisdictions, inside and outside of Louisville.
You will represent employers in employment litigation, business disputes, and related administrative matters. The incoming associate will also ideally have experience with OSHA and assist in developing or updating clients’ safety and health management programs, with a special focus on self-audits and inspections, training, recordkeeping, integration of safety programs with other employment policies and procedures, DOT compliance and efforts to minimize related civil liability and repeat citations.
Salary range: $150,000- $250,000
