We are looking to speak with a star labour and employment litigation attorney to join our client’s preeminent practice in their Charlotte office.
Our client’s nationwide labour and employment litigation practice in Charlotte has a zest for victory and an unmatched work ethic that consistently produces winning results.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of significant experience in defending employment related claims in federal, state, and administrative venues as well as advising clients on statutory compliance issues. You will routinely litigate cases including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, leave, and accommodation related claims across numerous industries.
The incoming associate will also ideally have experience with OSHA and assist in developing or updating clients’ safety and health management programs, with a special focus on self-audits and inspections, training, record keeping, integration of safety programs with other employment policies and procedures, DOT compliance and efforts to minimize related civil liability and repeat citations.
You will be joining a growing platform and collegiate environment.
Annual salary range: $200,000 – $350,000
