We are working with a notable West End firm in lining up some flexible consultancy assistance for their Employment Team to start from the end of August.
The Employment Team supports their employer clients across a full range of employment law matters including contentious, non-contentious/HR advisory and corporate support matters. Their clients sit across various sectors, including travel and leisure, professional services, construction, hospitality and retail.
The successful employment lawyer will have upwards of 5 years’ PQE and must be able to support the team on Employment Tribunal claims, existing and new, (which could extend to helping with pleadings, witness statements, disclosure, drafting correspondence and the Employment Tribunal); advising clients on exiting employees and formal processes; document preparation and reviews and ad hoc general employment enquiries.
Ideally, candidates should have the capacity to dedicate the equivalent of 3 days a week to this firm – although this could fluctuate. Notably, this opportunity is also non-exclusive and can sit alongside other consultancy work.
This role can be 100% remote but candidates should be based in England, Scotland, or Wales.
