Employment Lawyer – 6-12 month assignment

Our client, an international law firm, is looking for an experienced employment lawyer (with upwards of 6 years’ PQE) for an assignment of 6-12 months in duration. The assignment is to start ASAP.

The employment law team is highly ranked within the legal directories and has a wealth of experience in acting for large multinational banking clients, retail sector clients and law firms. Many of the matters they advise on are multi-jurisdictional in nature.

The team provides a full range of employment law advise, spanning advisory, contentious and corporate support. Currently, the team is seeing a notable demand across contentious employment matters, with contentious employment work likely to comprise of c.70% of the caseload, however, this is subject to change with market demands.

It is likely that the successful lawyer will have a strong private practive based employment law background, working for employer clients within the financial services sector. Experience in handling a full range of contentious, non-contentious and corporate support matters is essential.

The firm has a hybrid working policy, with lawyers spending 2-3 days per week in the London office.
