We have recently received a direct instruction from a premium City firm with a vast number of international offices. The firm has a strong reputation across a range of practice areas; employment is no exception. The Employment team is highly ranked on the Legal 500, and works closely with a vast range of clients in an interesting selection of industries including life sciences, banking, energy, financial services and transportation.
This role will be quite varied, covering a range of advisory and contentious work. In particular, there will be opportunity to advise HR managers, draft policies and employment contracts, corporate support work and a full range of tribunal litigation.
In order to be consider, you must:
- Be an England & Wales qualified lawyer;
- Have between 3 and 6 years’ employment law experience, ideally from a similarly highly regarded firm;
- Have experience on both advisory and contentious employment work, with a desire to continue to develop a varied practice area.
