Our client, a highly regarded London law firm, has instructed us to find an Employment Associate to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced employment lawyer to join a thriving employment practice, where the successful candidate will work with the higher end, more sensitive, commercial issues and help develop this growth area.
This role works closely with an industry-leading partner, delivering complex board-level employment advice on matters both contentious and advisory to a range of clients. The successful candidate will be advising owners, investors, and directors of businesses concerning their employment law queries for senior employee issues. This work involves more strategic problem-solving and disputes than advising on non-contentious matters.
Experience and skills required:
- England & Wales or common law qualified
- 4+ years’ PQE gained at a recognised Employment Law team in the UK
- Experience in dealing with complex employment disputes
- Excellent academic background
- Stable career record
