The role sits within a well-established employment practice advising on a broad mix of matters, including day-to-day advisory work, transactional support and contentious issues. You will work closely with experienced partners on high-quality mandates, often with an international dimension.

You can expect to be involved in:

• Advising on a wide range of employment and HR-related issues, both contentious and non-contentious;
• Supporting on cross-border projects, including employment aspects of corporate transactions;
• Drafting and reviewing employment documentation, policies and internal procedures;
• Assisting on disputes, investigations and litigation processes;
• Engaging directly with clients and contributing to the development of long-term relationships; and
• Collaborating with colleagues across the firm’s global network on multi-jurisdictional matters.

Candidates should be Singapore-qualified with around 2+ years’ PQE. A solid grounding in employment law, strong drafting ability and the confidence to operate in an international environment will be key.
