Employment Advocate – 12-month FTC

We are currently working with a well-regarded international law firm in London, who are looking for an Employment Advocate to join their team on a 12-month FTC or a permanent basis. With a focus on collaboration, innovation, and inclusivity, they provide an exciting environment for professional growth and development. As part of their commitment to excellence, they are seeking a dedicated Solicitor specialising in employment litigation to lead a team.

This role involves not only advocating in Employment Tribunals and appellate courts, but also mentoring and nurturing junior team members to enhance their employment litigation and advocacy skills.

To be considered, you will need to:

  • Be a qualified solicitor or barrister in England & Wales.
  • Have proven experience in Employment Tribunal and advocacy.
  • Have strong enthusiasm for employment law, and an impeccable drafting skill.
  • Have the ability to supervise and mentor junior lawyers.
  • Have strong research skills, and the ability to build relationships with clients and potential clients.
