This role involves not only advocating in Employment Tribunals and appellate courts, but also mentoring and nurturing junior team members to enhance their employment litigation and advocacy skills.
To be considered, you will need to:
- Be a qualified solicitor or barrister in England & Wales.
- Have proven experience in Employment Tribunal and advocacy.
- Have strong enthusiasm for employment law, and an impeccable drafting skill.
- Have the ability to supervise and mentor junior lawyers.
- Have strong research skills, and the ability to build relationships with clients and potential clients.
