Our client is a rapidly growing international firm, with an expanding range of practice areas. The Employee Incentives team are looking for an Associate to expand their team to reflect growing demand for their services.

The team has a diverse client base with some well-known businesses across a broad range of sectors. Their expertise means they are the go-to choice for businesses, looking to implement equity incentives for employees.

Our client is seeking an associate with advisory experience in either a taxation or corporate background. In this role, you will be advising a diverse client base, from high growth businesses to start-ups to AIM-listed companies. The work will mainly focus on the implementation of all types of equity-based incentives plans, ranging from cross-border entire business share plans to bespoke solutions for senior employees. The team also provides key assistance to the corporate team on any incentives aspects of M&A transactions and IPOs.

To be considered, you must:

  • Be an England and Wales qualified solicitor, most likely with 1-5+ years’ PQE
  • Have a tax or corporate law background, with an interest in share valuation
  • Have experience advising on share scheme issues on corporate transactions
  • Be proactive, able to work both independently and as part of a team
