We are looking to speak with an experienced Employee, Executive Compensation & Benefits Attorney to join our client’s practice in their Chicago office.
Our client advises on a range of executive compensation and employee benefits matters, helping their clients attract and retain a strong work force at all levels. They identify opportunities and strategies that allow their clients to offer competitive but cost-conscious executive compensation and employee benefits programs.
This is a progressive opportunity for an ambitious attorney who has 3+ years of significant experience in M&A-related transactional employment work, and general employment experience.
You will represent clients on labour and employment matters in connection with domestic and international transactions. You will also advise clients on a variety of employment issues, including employment agreements, restrictive covenants, union matters, wage and hour compliance, and reductions in force. The incoming associate will gain experience in conducting employment-related investigations, including in connection with violations of employment agreements and executive misconduct.
Annual salary range: $250,000 – $370,000
