We are looking to speak with experienced employee benefits and executive compensation attorneys who represent public and privately owned companies in mergers and acquisitions, employment and bonus agreements, employee benefit plan drafting and compliance matters and guidance, structuring and drafting incentive compensation plans and ESOPs.
You will work with some of the Best Lawyers 2024; notable leaders in their field and creatively deliver on rewarding work. The exposure of work and the culture it’s executed in is fantastic!
Annual salary: $200,000 – $350,000
