Our client, a global Vault50 firm, is looking to hire an Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation associate to join its Denver practice. The ideal candidate has experience with compensation and benefits in M&A transactions, designing and implementing equity and cash-based incentive plans. Experience with tax-qualified and non-qualified retirement plans and health and welfare arrangements is also a plus.
Base Salary: $295,000 – $415,000.
The position is eligible for discretionary and an hours-based bonus, and alternative work arrangements are available for this position, including a flexible hybrid working arrangement.
