We are looking to speak with experienced employee benefits & compensation associates to join our client’s well-regarded and growing practice group in Houston.
This is an opportunity for an associate to join a busy team and serve in conjunction with the firm’s corporate group and partner with other firms to advise on employee benefits issues. You will have experience with corporate transactions and drafting resolutions, agreements, retirement plan amendments and documents, and equity plans.
This team works seamlessly with in-house counsel, human resources departments and outside counsel to spot potential employee benefits-related risks, liabilities, and problems before closing. This group also serves companies that do not have an in-house benefits group as well as private equity firms and their portfolio companies.
First-class training and mentorship and sophisticated work across employee benefits, ERISA, and executive compensation.
Annual salary: $225,000 – $370,000.
