Qualified candidates must have experience with executive compensation, equity compensation, and benefits-related merger and acquisition issues.
The practice helps start-up, middle-market, and Fortune 1000 companies to governmental entities and tax-exempt organisations, to address the full gamut of employee benefits and executive compensation matters.
