Our client’s Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation practice offers plan sponsors and service providers proficient, creative advice consistent with their business plans and fiscal goals.

Join a team recognized nationally, home to attorneys with both private practice and in-house insight. If you have 1-4 years of experience with tax and employee benefits and executive compensation matters, including due diligence in mergers and acquisitions, and responding to government audits and subpoenas, we would like to discuss this opportunity with you.

The ideal candidate will also have experience with health & welfare and retirement plan benefits, including research and counseling on compliance with the Internal Revenue Code, ERISA, and other laws governing employee benefit plans.
