The firm’s corporate offering has been identified as an area of growth, and due to an internal restructuring there is now an opportunity for a Capital Markets partner or team to join.
In order to be considered for this opportunity, you will be an established and successful Capital Markets partner at a City or highly regarded national law firm. You’ll be an accomplished corporate lawyer with solid training, and a practice which speaks to your ability to win work and your client’s faith in you. Our client’s strong network relationships will be a rich source of additional business.
Client synergies with the technology, retail, financial services, insurance, transport, and public sectors would fit naturally into the firm’s current sector strengths, but there would be room for discussion if your practice comprises other sectors as well.
This role would suit a single standalone Capital Markets partner, but if you came as part of team with additional Partners and/or one or more Associates that would also be of interest given growth plans.
