We are looking to speak with ECEB Attorneys to join our client’s practice in their Los Angeles office.
Keeping pace with the changes and complexities of the regulatory environment, our client helps plan sponsors and service providers mitigate risk and advance critical HR objectives.
The incoming associate will have 4+ years of significant experience focussed on ECEB; you will be the go-to adviser for corporate and tax-exempt entities on retirement, employee-benefit and executive-compensation plans, particularly in the context of corporate transactions. In addition to advising on employee benefits in corporate transactions, you will assist employers with the design and implementation of new plans, plan mergers and plan terminations. You will also address operational compliance issues for employers and represent employers when their employee benefit plans are the subject of federal audit or investigation.
Annual salary range: $270,000 – $305,000
