An international premium antique and instrument dealer is seeking a Documentation Assistant to join their growing team in London.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the creation, organisation and maintenance of sales contracts and loan agreements, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with the established standard by the business.
- Drafting and amending a high volume of commercial contracts.
- Collaborating with different departments to gather information, format documents, and contribute to the overall efficiency of the documentation process.
- Establishing and maintaining a systematic filing and documentation system.
- Ensuring that documents adhere to company standards and industry regulations.
- Working closely with team members, managers, and subject matter experts to gather information and ensure document accuracy.
- Utilising document management software and tools to streamline the documentation process.
- Educational background in business administration, communications, or a related field.
- Interest in antiques, classical music and arts is not essential, but good to have.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in document formatting and editing software (e.g., Microsoft Word, Google Docs).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Time management skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
