A very exciting opportunity has arisen at a fast-growing Fintech company for a Document Automation Manager to join the team. The company’s software helps global finance companies and top tier investment banks to digitise financial documents to drive efficiencies in capital markets transactions.
Our client is looking for someone to manage and grow their documentation legal technology product. Your responsibilities will include converting legal documentation into machine-readable form, curating and maintaining a template library, designing and developing their documentation tool, collaborating with legal teams and managing a small team of Software Development Technicians.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of project delivery, strong organisational skills, technical aptitude, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a minimum Bachelor’s degree (preferably in technology or law). Experience in legal document automation and knowledge of capital markets are a plus.
