Digital Change and Process Improvement Manager – Dubai

This is an exciting opportunity to lead and manage iconic client portfolios, driving comprehensive legal strategy and operations in a leading global consultancy.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing a portfolio of clients, overseeing day-to-day communication and deliverables.
  • Leading business development activities, identifying opportunities and maintaining client relationships.
  • Managing and delivering large projects, ensuring deadlines and stakeholder expectations are met.
  • Collaborating with the wider team and other lines of service on client project delivery.
  • Researching and developing marketing materials, including thought leadership initiatives.
  • Delivering presentations to clients, including senior stakeholders.
  • Training and developing junior team members in legal transformation and technology.
  • Managing a team of Senior Associates, Associates, and Graduates, working closely with senior stakeholders and the team Head.
  • Staying up to date with the latest developments in legal function transformation and legal technology.

Experience required:

  • Experience in conducting current state assessments and creating client reports.
  • Experience in legal teams within corporate or government organisations, or law firms.
  • Experience in designing and optimising legal processes and policies.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including senior management.
  • Knowledge of technology and IT practices, including Generative AI.
  • Understanding of the legal technology market, including contract lifecycle management, Generative AI, document management, and more.
  • Foundational understanding of ERP environments and data analytics tools is a plus.
