A leading international firm is seeking a Derivatives and Structured Finance lawyer, (2-4 years’ PQE) to join its highly regarded team in Hong Kong.
This elite global law firm is known for its work handling complex international derivatives, including OTC derivatives, and is highly recommended in all the legal guides.
Applicants are expected to have experience advising on the structuring of bespoke transactions from a highly rated international or leading local law firm, and should be qualified in a common law jurisdiction.
Candidates with previous local experience would be ideal, but a full training and development plan is available to support the new hires coming from overseas. The ability to communicate effectively in Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) is preferred, but by no means essential.
