An exciting opportunity has arisen for a derivatives and structured products Associate to join a leading global law firm. This opportunity will be based in their London office.
This role involves advising on hedging arrangements as part of structured finance transactions, the establishment and updating of on and off-balance sheet structured products programmes, securitised and OTC derivatives, and more.
Experience and skills:
- England and Wales, or common law qualified
- 2-6 years’ PQE gained at a recognised derivatives and structured products practice
- Excellent academic background
