Our client, a leading international law firm, is looking to hire a Senior Associate/Legal Director for its well-regarded debt capital markets practice in London.
The team act for sponsors, arrangers, originators, depositories and other parties on a broad range of debt capital markets transactions, including on issuing of investment grade, high-yield, convertible and exchangeable debt securities, Eurobonds, commercial paper and medium-term note programs and on private placements including green, blue and other sustainability-linked issues.
The successful candidate will have between 5 and 8 years of post-qualification experience gained at a highly regarded debt capital markets practice. This role requires an excellent academic background and a stable career record.
