Data Quality (CRM) Administrator – practice support team

A London based law firm is now growing rapidly and looking for a Data Quality (CRM) Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:

The data quality administrator will be responsible for ensuring that the data held on the Practice Management system is up to date, accurate and trustworthy. Activities will include:

  • Championing and raising awareness of the importance of quality data
  • Developing formal processes and definitions of contact and data management to ensure the consistent use of data
  • Monitoring all changes made to client and contact records on the practice management system as part of the new datacleanse/onboarding team
  • Identifying user mistakes and reinforcing the correct procedures and processes
  • Liaising with external data enrichment companies to ensure their data is up to date and complete
  • Continuous improvement in how they build systems that make sure the information stays accurate and up to date
  • Supporting other ongoing projects and initiatives as required.

Project work to include:

  • Working with their external partners to finalise and implement plans for the data cleanse project
  • Working with their external partners to develop and introduce data rules to be used by the onboarding/datacleanse teams
  • Working with their Practice Support Group to adapt and improve the file opening process for ongoing use by the onboarding team
  • Working with the IT Trainer to develop training for the new file opening process and contact/client records

Essential Skills and Attributes:

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience working within a data quality (CRM) or similar role
  • A proactive individual who will make the role their own
  • A self-starter who needs minimal supervision, although support will be available
  • Highly knowledgeable at keeping data up to date, cleaning and reporting on it
  • Sufficient experience/gravitas to be comfortable challenging how the teams are working, explaining how they should be working and ‘retraining’
  • A ‘detail’ person, committed to providing accurate, complete and useful data
  • A person who can see the ‘big picture’ and are willing to get their hands dirty
  • Experience of working in professional services
  • Excellent IT skills
