The team develops innovative strategies and tailor-made solutions for legal, development, purchasing and sales departments of international companies, in forward-looking sectors, such as healthcare & life sciences, automotive, retail and retail, media and consumer goods.
You will be advising on, amongst other matters, national and international data protection projects in the areas of employee data protection, compliance of products and services, data transfers and big data (as well as IT outsourcing projects); Data protection-related disputes, with a focus on procedures for requests for information from data subjects and proceedings with data protection supervisory authorities and also giving advice on cross-border data transfers, in particular conception and implementation of shared service projects and due diligence checks for data transfers to third countries.
