Our client, a boutique technology firm located in the heart of London, is looking for a Data Privacy solicitor with a minimum of 2 years’ experience.

It works with startups to scaleups, to market-leading organisations and support business exits, with a particular specialism in the European Fintech space. Each lawyer sits as in-house Legal Counsel for a range of clients, offering you a highly varied experience working with businesses at the cutting edge of tech. This is a unique offering; combining the more ‘traditional’ private practice with an in-house approach.
The client base spans the full breadth of the UK and European tech scene, from Fintechs to Edtechs, to one of the industry’s biggest data providers.
The firm has recently moved to a new office in London. However, this is a hybrid role and candidates can work from the office, or anywhere that they wish.
Candidates will be qualified in UK or other Common Law jurisdiction, be CIPP certified or equivalent (a plus, rather than a necessity) and will have experience managing Data Protection compliance projects for SMEs, as well as large scale entities.
