Customer Success Manager – Singapore

Our client is a fast-growing legal tech company who have an innovative matter management and collaboration solution that has been developed with huge support and input from the global legal community, and are backed by some very prominent global law firms.

They are going through a period of growth now, and are looking to add a Customer Success Manager to the Singapore team. Key duties will include the following:

  • Developing and executing strategies to ensure that customers realise maximum value from the solution, utilise all their licenses, identify new opportunities, and collaborate with other teams to ensure growth attainment.
  • Working in close collaboration with Sales, Marketing and Product teams.
  • Processing milestones for the clients and employees to work towards.
  • Assisting customers with setting up and navigating the solution.
  • Developing a comprehensive understanding of typical business challenges faced by customers and common objectives to appropriately map the platform and associated business benefits to address their needs.
  • Developing and supporting customer use cases.
  • Regularly engaging with customers by phone, email and via the platform itself.
  • Monitoring customer usage data, health indicators, renewal dates and growth opportunities to translate into strategies for success.
  • Building and managing strong customer relationships.
  • Reviewing customer complaints and concerns to improve the customer experience

For this role, you will need a minimum of a bachelor’s degree, ideally in law, and 3 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager or in a similar role. Additionally, you will require strong communication, relationship-fostering, and organisation skills. Experience managing and training a diverse group is ideal.
