We are working with an exciting software development company, who are looking to engage a Credit/FS Regulatory Lawyer on a short term consultancy project.
The team is on a mission to simplify complex credit card agreements for the benefit of consumers. In doing so, they need the assistance of a Credit/FS regulatory Lawyer with experience in creating terms of business.
The successful Lawyer will be working to simplify overly complex credit card agreements, whilst maintaining the legal and regulatory integrity.
The initial engagement will likely run for a couple of weeks, but could lead to further work in the future.
Successful candidates are likely to be qualified in England & Wales, and possess upwards of 3 years’ PQE.
Candidates need to be based in England & Wales, but can work remotely on a part time or full time basis to suit their workflow. This engagement will be non-exclusive, and can be carried out alongside other engagements, as long as capacity allows for this.
Ideally, candidates will be available immediately or at short notice to commence this project.
