Our client is looking to recruit a Corporate Tax Solicitor to join their market-leading Corporate team in their Plymouth office.
You will provide corporate support, as well as advise on a wide range of legal tax matters, including the structuring of share and business sales, restructurings and reorganisations, real estate structures (including CIS, SDLT, VAT and capital allowances matters), EIS/SEIS, employee incentivisation and the taxation of employment related securities.
To be considered for this role, our client is interested in candidates with 1-6 years’ PQE in Corporate Tax law. Having a keen interest in developing your career within Corporate Tax and working with the firm’s market leading corporate team effectively is also important. In addition to this, having a Tax Qualification (CTA), or at least an interest in working towards a CTA qualification, is also required.
