Corporate Tax Senior Associate

Our client has an established, highly regarded and growing Tax group, both in the UK and internationally. In UK, the Tax group covers four teams: Corporate Tax, Incentives, Private Wealth and Tax Litigation. The firm is now looking to add a solicitor with at least 5 years’ experience to join in London.

The team enjoys a varied and quality workload, for mainly UK mid-market and international clients. Clients are provided with tailored UK and cross-border tax advice; work ranges from stand-alone tax advisory mandates to transaction-linked advice, undertaking complex tax structuring mandates particularly for funds, real estate, private equity and corporate clients.

The team is pro-active and forward-looking, an approach which generates significant advisory work for the team and allows team members to develop specialisms in areas of interest. Strong client relationships exist within the areas and sectors of Technology, Media and Communications; Real Estate and Infrastructure; Financial Services; and Healthcare and Life Sciences.

Clients include high-profile publicly listed companies, management teams, investment funds, family- owned businesses, real estate investors and developers.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience gained from working within a transactional and/or advisory Tax practice. They will have strong technical abilities and be able to demonstrate their understanding of UK and international tax rules and structures.
