Our client, a highly regarded global law firm, has instructed us to find a Corporate Tax Associate to join their London team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected practice and to work with highly regarded partners.
The successful candidate will be advising the firm’s clients across a broad range of practice areas and industry sectors. This role will have a particular focus on private equity transactions and structuring, real estate transactions and structuring, M&A, and more.
The ideal candidate will be England and Wales qualified and have at least 2 years’ PQE gained at a reputable corporate tax practice. A stellar academic background and stable career background are required.
