Our client, a leading international law firm, have instructed us to seek a corporate tax senior associate to join their London based team.
The successful candidate will be advising the firm’s wide range of clients on property investment and development structures, corporate share sales (including tax covenants and tax warranties), landlord and tenant transactions, housing projects, and employment tax matters, such as management incentives and share scheme agreements.
The ideal candidate will be England and Wales qualified, and have at least 5 years’ PQE gained at a reputable corporate tax practice. A stellar academic background and stable career background are required.
