A prominent international law firm based in London is looking for the assistance of a part-time senior Corporate Tax Lawyer on an ongoing consultancy basis.
The corporate tax team advises on tax aspects of restructurings, share and asset sales and purchases, corporate finance transactions, investment fund formations, establishing and unwinding joint ventures for private equity firms and investors.
The successful individual can expect to be involved in assisting the Corporate Tax team in a lot of matters involving working on cross-border transactions, and one of the best benefits is that it can run alongside other consultancy work as it is non-exclusive.
Candidates should ideally be able to demonstrate:
- Qualification as a solicitor in England & Wales
- Upwards of 8 years’ PQE experience gained within leading City and/or international firms, and possess experience in handling the aforementioned matters
- Strong written communication and drafting skills
- The capacity to start a new role at short notice or immediately
