A prominent consultancy firm is currently seeking an experienced Corporate Tax Lawyer (10+PQE) to join their London team on a consultancy basis. The ideal candidate must be England and Wales qualified, and possess significant experience gained at top law firms or FTSE 250 companies.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice on a broad range of corporate tax matters to a diverse client base. The role will involve advising clients on tax implications of corporate transactions, drafting tax-efficient structures, and providing general tax planning advice.
