A well-established, leading UK law firm is looking for a Corporate Solicitor (NQ-4PQE) to join the team in their Exeter office.
The role will include the management of your own caseload and driving business development initiatives. With a range of work to get involved in, such as acquisitions, disposals, MBOs, joint venture and investment agreements, there will be an excellent opportunity to fast track your career within a team that has a proven track record of progressing its lawyers. A solution led approach will be expected, listening to the challenges of the clients, and providing a premium solution.
To be considered for this role, you will need to be newly qualified or have up to 4 years’ post-qualification experience gained within a leading corporate practice.
