Our client is looking for a Corporate Solicitor (NQ-4PQE) to join their team in their Bristol office.
The team work on a range of Corporate transactions, such as acquisitions, disposals, MBOs, joint venture and investment agreements for clients across a variety of industries. A solution led approach will be expected, listening to the challenges of the clients and providing a premium solution.
To be considered for this role, you will need to be newly qualified or have up to 4 years’ post-qualification experience gained within a leading corporate practice. The role will include the management of your own caseload and driving business development initiatives.
