Our client has a new opening in its corporate department for a 0-2 PQE solicitor to join in London.
The successful candidate will be expected to take on a broad cross section of Corporate and Commercial work, for both individual and corporate clients.
There will be a high level of client-facing work, with the successful candidate expected to deal with and advise clients directly.
The firm does not operate strict partner teams and the successful candidate can expect to work with all members of the wider corporate team, as well as providing ad-hoc support to the other teams within the firm as needed.
Fee earners are allocated a partner as a mentor and have quarterly mentoring meetings to assist with their development and learning. Separately, partners and senior fee earners will provide appropriate supervision of work and meetings, but they also give plenty of responsibility and autonomy to lawyers once they have demonstrated that they are capable.
