Our directories-recognised client is seeking to appoint a Senior Associate into their highly successful Corporate team to operate out of their Birmingham office, offering the opportunity to work from home twice a week.
Supported by an incredibly stable team of corporate Solicitors, this role will invite the new incumbent to work on a varied portfolio of corporate transactions – working on complex and intricate deals covering acquisitions, disposals, restructurings, strategic investments and joint ventures etc.
The overall team advise on corporate transactions, restructurings and governance, domestic and cross-border M&A, major corporate restructurings, private equity and indirect real estate transactions, advising a broad diet of client sectors including tech, aviation, auto, leisure, PE, real estate etc.
