A very significant, global law firm is seeking a senior associate to join its Corporate team in Dublin.
This firm has all the benefits of a large international firm, as well as a strong presence in Dublin through this office. Ideally, they are looking for either Irish or UK qualified lawyers.
The role will cover a broad range of Corporate work including: mergers and acquisitions, fundraisings, take-private transactions, listings, restructuring and corporate advisory mandates on behalf of Irish and international clients.
This firm pays above the Irish firms, with potential for sign on bonuses and relocation packages depending on the candidate.
