The firm are renowned for their entertainment, media and tech expertise. The corporate department itself is renowned for its quality, ranked in the top tiers of the Legal 500 and the Chambers.
The department handles the full spectrum of corporate matters including corporate finance, all the way to joint ventures and restructurings. The successful candidate can expect to work with some of the most well renowned companies in entertainment and tech.
With international offices, the team benefits from its network for cross border matters too.
The successful candidate will need to have a strong corporate background, preferably with specific sector experience in entertainment, media and technology. The role will be about working closely with the partners within the team, whilst supporting junior and mid-level associates.
