We are looking to speak with Corporate Securities attorneys to join our client’s practice in their Silicon Valley office.

You will work extensively with private companies, providing guidance on incorporation, corporate governance, capital raising, securities laws and transactional matters. Your practice will also be focussed on assisting public companies in their public and other equity offerings, corporate governance and periodic reporting matters. You will regularly counsel a wide range of public and private companies in their strategic acquisitions.
Annual salary range: $250,000 – $345,000
