Our client, an award-winning city law firm, is looking to hire a non-contentious Restructuring & Insolvency Lawyer with 6+ PQE on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract in London.
The team advise on complex and cross-border restructurings and insolvencies matters including debt restructuring, debt buy-backs, and distressed refinancings.
In order to be considered, candidates should be able to demonstrate the following:
- Qualification as a Solicitor in England & Wales with a current Practising Certificate
- Upwards of 6 years’ PQE in handling a full range of non-contentious Restructuring & Insolvency matters
- Experience in corporate restructuring gained within notable City law firms.
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
The contract is to start in March and represents a superb opportunity for those who are looking for a 12 months contract and are available at short notice.
