A fantastic opportunity for a Corporate Real Estate Solicitor, 2-4 PQE, to join this elite US law firm. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in Real Estate joint ventures – partnerships, companies, trusts, acquisition/sale of Real Estate SPVs and Real Estate loan portfolio sale agreements, as well as some reasonable knowledge of Real Estate Finance.
Experience dealing with US clients and of leading local counsel in offshore jurisdictions would be a plus, as would interest and some experience in working on both UK and European deals (other languages helpful, but not a must).
