There is a remarkable opportunity for a finance Lawyer to join the legal team of a prestigious project in the Middle East. Our client is seeking a skilled attorney experienced in commercial transactions, including project, corporate and other financing matters.
Applicants should be Saudi qualified Lawyers, ideally with a JD or an international LLM. Candidates should have gained 3 or more years of legal experience working for leading international law firms. Arabic language skills are essential. The role requires individuals who are flexible, proactive, and possess excellent drafting and negotiating skills.
The remuneration for this position ranges from $120,000 to $180,000 USD, tax-free.
Location: Saudi Arabia.
