We have a confidential mandate to seek an experienced Corporate Lawyer for a respected international practice in the Channel Islands. This new, strategic position is open to England and Wales-qualified Lawyers, as well as those with current or previous offshore experience. For those without offshore experience, we will consider high-calibre Lawyers with stable career records at City or national firms.
A client following is not needed, however you should have an enthusiasm for business development and to help further grow the Corporate group.
You should have a broad corporate skill-set, with solid experience in M&A and high-value general corporate matters. More specialist corporate law experience is also welcome.
We will consider current Partners or those at Counsel or similar status. This opportunity is to join at either Partner or Counsel level, and will be open to discussion and dependent on experience. Applicants must have at least 10 years’ PQE.
The firm pays a highly competitive salary package, and the Channel Islands also has an income tax rate of only 20%. You will also receive a full and generous relocation package.
