The group acts on a wide range of matters, including general corporate and M&A, as well as capital markets, restructuring, JVs, and corporate finance work.
We are open to applications from lawyers at experienced Senior Associate level up to junior-level Partners. Offshore law firm experience is highly valued but is not essential. However, you must have an excellent track record at international, City, or tier one national firms.
