An elite global law firm client is looking to hire an M&A Lawyer to support its busy and award-winning Corporate practice based in London. The role will cover a broad range of corporate matters, including high-end cross-border M&A transactions, strategic joint ventures, large-scale re-organisations and general corporate advisory work within the financial services sector.
The firm has a premium client base offering its Lawyers the best quality of work and a first-rate training programme. The new hire will work closely with market-leading partners on some of the most complex transactions in the market.
The ideal candidate will have trained at a rated Corporate practice in the UK, and will have between 2-5 years’ PQE of relevant M&A experience. Outstanding academics and a stable career record are required. While previous financial institutions experience would be beneficial, it is not essential.
